Your Evening Should Feel Different
From the Moment You Arrive
The Second Set is designed to recreate the warmth, closeness, and connection of a traditional intimate jazz club without becoming overly formal or uncomfortable.
This is not a black-tie environment. It is refined, relaxed, adult, and music-centered.
Members should expect professional check-in, comfortable seating, close proximity to the performers, quality sound, dining and cocktails where available, thoughtful hospitality, and a room filled with people who came to experience the music.
The Second Set should feel premium without feeling pretentious. Sophisticated without being stiff. Exclusive without being unwelcoming.
Music & Conversation
Dining and Cocktails
A memorable live-music evening involves more than what happens on stage. The Second Set experience is designed to pair intimate live performance with comfortable hospitality, dining, cocktails, and conversation.
Food and beverage offerings may vary by approved venue and event format. Where appropriate, menus and service information will be provided before each residency so members know what to expect.
The Second Set will work with appropriately licensed venues and service providers for alcoholic beverage service unless and until the club's own licensing arrangement authorizes otherwise.

One Club Experience
Selected Premium Venues
During Phase I, The Second Set Jazz Club will present performances at carefully selected premium venues rather than being defined by one permanent building.
A primary venue will anchor the experience, with approved alternate venues available when appropriate. Wherever a residency is presented, members should recognize the same Second Set standards:
• Intimate performance environment
• Professional hospitality
• Comfortable seating
• Consistent member check-in
• The Second Set branding
• Appropriate lighting and atmosphere
• Quality food and cocktail service where available
• Professional presentation
The address may occasionally change. The Second Set experience does not.
