National Jazz Artists
The Second Set National Artist Series launches with a dedicated focus on nationally recognized Traditional Jazz, Classic Jazz, and Straight-Ahead Jazz performers in an intimate approximately 150-seat environment. The annual program is planned around six jazz artist residencies.
Each residency is presented Friday and Saturday, with two performances each evening—four total performances. This structure allows members to experience national-caliber jazz artists without turning The Second Set into a
large theater or arena experience.
Every active member receives one included performance admission during each residency, subject to reservation priority and availability.
Smooth Jazz, Blues, Soul, and R&B are not part of the launch series. Those styles may be added in future seasons as The Second Set expands.
How It Works
Each National Artist Series residency is built around one featured artist or group and four intimate performances.

Each performance is designed for approximately 150 guests. Active members are eligible to reserve one included performance during each residency. Reservation windows open according to membership level, and members select from the available Friday and Saturday performance times.
Premium and Founders/VIP members receive earlier access, giving them greater opportunity to select preferred dates, times, and seating opportunities.
The goal is simple: preserve the intimate room while giving the membership multiple ways to experience each artist.

Easy & Straightforward
How It Works
When reservations open, members choose from the available Friday and Saturday performance times according to their membership priority and availability.
1. The artist residency is announced.
2. The reservation window opens by membership level.
3. The member selects an available performance.
4. The reservation is confirmed.
5. The member attends The Second Set.
Some performance times may fill before others. Premium and Founders/VIP members receive earlier access, which provides greater opportunity to select preferred performance dates, times, and seating opportunities.
Additional or guest seats may be offered for purchase when inventory permits. Availability and pricing are separate from the member's included admission.
